Just a $50 monthly pet rent per pet is added. Additional amenities include central air, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, off-street parking, and additional storage in the back yard storage shed. You also are invited to enjoy meals on the furnished deck and your morning coffee in the three season porch, which includes a mini gym and lounge area and are shared with the occupants of the other side of the duplex. Space: 968 square feet of private unit space Additional 652 square feet of shared space + back yard Utilities/Maintenance: FREE Water/sewer and trash services. Tenants pay gas and electric (together $80/mo. average). Lawn care and snow removal maintenance responsibilities shared with occupants of other side of duplex.
