About 1225 S 6th St Louisville, KY 40203

3 Month Lease, $500 deposit

Old Louisville is a tree-lined, historic, diverse, urban neighborhood just south of downtown. There's a beautiful, large, Olmsted-designed park a couple blocks away and we're close to downtown & the hospitals, U of L, and I65. This neighborhood has the largest concentration of Victorian homes in the country.

You deserve a nicer stay! Say hello to #OuiOne (wee one). This darling little first floor studio in a Victorian in Old Louisville was inspired by the most enchanting shop in Paris, the cabinet of curiosities called Deyrolle. Created by one of Airbnb's longest tenured superhosts, a design and travel writer, every detail is considered and #OuiOne was renovated and furnished with travelers in mind. The flat may be small, but a pair of nine foot-plus windows, high ceilings, a carefully considered layout, and the cheerful design make this a happy space you will be sure to look forward to coming home to. You will find a comfy twin daybed, kitchen ready for cooking, and a full sized bathroom with tub and shower. Luxe touches like heavy velvet curtains, unique art, plush towels, and original hardwood floors make #OuiOne one very special place to call home. With an all in one living and sleeping area you have a daybed that serves as a lounging space in the day; a desk/dining table; and a Roku TV ready for you to sign in to your favorite streaming apps. A closet offers storage (with another storage locker available in the basement). A teeny stove and scaled-down fridge are ready for your culinary adventures or we can share the best places in Louisville to eat; your host has covered the dining and drinks scene in Louisville for 10+ years. This flat is at the front of the building so your windows overlook the front porch. Heat and central air is a shared system and on a schedule aimed to keep everyone in the building comfortable. You can open and close registers and one of the windows. Laundry is in the basement (coin or app-operated) and you have off-street parking in the lot outside. No pets are allowed, and no smoking or vaping is allowed. **Price: $995 ** per month includes furnishings, electric/gas, water, wifi; linens, including bath and kitchen goods. There is a one time cleaning fee of $100. Price is based on a three month stay. We take rent through the Buildium platform.
