Must demonstrate verifiable income of at least 2.5x the rent OR provide an approved alternative source of rental assistance or a qualified Co-Signer. Applicants must have a credit score of at least 600 OR provide an alternative qualification such as a co-signer or proof of financial stability. We comply with Washington’s Fair Tenant Screening Act (RCW 59.18.257) and provide screening disclosures before application. No smoking/vaping on the property. Minimum lease term required.
