This beautiful house is unfurnished and just freshly painted (the interior is now all white). Located in the coveted Colfax/Walter Reed School District. Please note that this house has a detached guest house located on the far side of the backyard (more details below). The guest house is also currently available for rent. If you are potentially interested in renting both units, please let us know. The guest house and the main house have separate entrances and are both very private. The pool and the grill are shared spaces. If a shared yard is an issue for you, please disregard this listing. If not... This Mediterranean Style Home feels like an oasis. A solar and gas-heated pool, and an expansive backyard offer countless places to relax, read, or just unwind. The Dynasty Built-In Bar and Grill will ensure that summer feeling all year round. There is a fence around the pool that can be easily removed if not desired. There is also a built-in swing set on the side of the property. A fully fenced-in backyard keeps your children and pets safe and secure. A great speaker system plays in every room in the house and through the outdoor speakers as well (pool, patios, etc.). We are looking for a 1-year lease but are open to a longer lease for the right tenant.
