The bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is a shed in the backyard for extra storage as well as storage in the unfinished basement. Rent is $875/ month plus utilities with a $875 security deposit. Dogs will be allowed with approval with a $250 non- refundable pet fee. No smokers, please. All applicants will be required to pass reference, credit and criminal checks before consideration.
