Chicago law also prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any building entrance, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. This is a quiet and upscale residential building, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed during your stay in this unit or in the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to you by the agreed-upon check out time, and failure to do so will result in a $500 late check out fee. Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys will incur a $200 per key fee. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500.
