The house is on a quiet street just 4 miles west of downtown Hendersonville on the Laurel Park border. A spacious driveway allows for parking 2 vehicles and has a low maintenance yard. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, new stove and refrigerator are included, as well as central air. This home allows up to 1 small dog that must be house trained with a pet deposit. Only cats 7 years or older would be considered with a pet deposit. Please note that an application must be submitted prior to showing the home. A non-refundable application fee of $45 is due at the time an application is submitted. Applicants 18 or older must submit a separate application. Minimum credit score and income requirements apply.
