The spacious master suite boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while two additional bedrooms (queen bed, twin beds) and a second bath provide ample accommodations for family or friends. Play N Pak and a high chair is available for young ones. For entertainment, enjoy the well-appointed recreation room with a pool table, or step outside to soak in the private hot tub while taking in breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains. Nestled on acreage near the serene Dungeness Wildlife Refuge, this home offers the ideal balance of seclusion and convenience. The outdoor deck and patio, complete with comfortable furniture, create the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening gatherings under the stars. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures, wildlife viewing, or simply a peaceful retreat, this beautiful getaway is sure to provide an unforgettable experience. This is a pet friendly property (Dogs only); please inquire with weight, breed and training of your dog for consideration. 2 dogs max. The property features a private deck that opens directly to a designated, fully fenced dog run, perfect for letting your pup roam freely and safely. Please note that the open field beyond the dog run is not for tenant or pet use. Outside of the fenced area, pets must be kept on a leash. This is a vacation rental during the spring and summer. Please call about availability. Rental rate changes with the seasons. Please Note: The detached apartment and garage is not included. Electric and Internet will be charged back. Owner will pay for water, sewer and trash. No need to put it in your name! Application fee is $50 per adult. $75 lease prep fee. Section 8: Housing Assistance Accepted. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit online, submitted the application and paid the fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Please check our website for more info: Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs $12 per month if you use ours. We require first, last and deposit to move in. $1000 deposit represents refundable security and prepaid cleaning fee.
