For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need, excluding consumables. The bathroom features a sleek shower/tub insert for your convenience. In the partially finished basement, you'll find a welcoming lounging area with a TV and a large fold-down couch, perfect for extra guests or just hanging out. A laundry room is situated in the basement on the unfinished side, separated by standing dividers. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund.
