Three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath long-term rental home located on the 14th hole of the Tiger Point Village golf community. High ceilings with crown moulding, an electric fireplace, and built-in bookcases are just the beginning. Directly to the left of the entryway is the formal dining room, and then it's right on through to the kitchen. The kitchen features black granite countertops, a double wall oven, breakfast bar and nook, and a dry bar tucked into a space that can be left open to showcase or closed to keep safe. Back across the living area, we come to the Primary Suite. The bedroom is expansive, with a large sitting area that comfortably accommodates two couches. Off the sitting room is the primary bathroom, complete with a jetted garden tub, oversized closet, and a spacious shower. Across the hall are two additional bedrooms that share a full jack-and-jill bathroom. Back in the living room, we will head out the back door to a crystal-clear, fully screened pool overlooking the golf course on the 14th hole. The pool is about 8 feet deep in the deep end and is chlorine-treated. Weekly pool service is included (service is less frequent in winter). The backyard and yard are not fenced. DOGS considered: up to 2 under 55 lbs, age 1+, prior approval, third-party screening; aggressive breeds not considered. Additional deposit is required. All Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP). RBP is $50 per month and includes liability insurance, credit building for on-time rent, up to $1M ID theft protection, HVAC filter delivery (where applicable), resident rewards, and on-demand pest control. Security deposit is a full month's rent or based on application findings; roommate deposits are 75% of the base rent per roommate.
