The flooring is tile throughout the kitchen and living room area, and the bedrooms are laminate. There is a cute screened lanai to look out at your view of the lake. There is a community pool, grilling area, tennis, pickleball, and a fitness center, there is also a restaurant on the premises. It’s close to beaches and shopping.
