The kitchen is fully stocked with all modern appliances, granite and stone countertops, and plenty of space to store your provisions. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and an additional roll-out cot. Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed, a twin daybed, and a private half bath. Adjacent to these 2 bedrooms is a large hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master suite, located right off the living room, has a private en-suite bathroom with a large shower and double vanities, a king-size bed, a nice-sized closet, a 40" flat-screen TV, and ocean views from the bed. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods, and the bathrooms are stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper each. Beach and pool towels are not provided. This apartment includes private garage parking for 2 full vehicles underneath. Located between 12th and 13th Avenues South in Surfside, this apartment is in a perfect position right on the ocean and within 5-10 minutes of fabulous restaurants and shopping. Getting around in Surfside Beach is relatively easy by car or golf cart. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am as per city ordinance.
