Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is strictly at 11 AM unless a late check-out is previously confirmed. Any unscheduled late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $20/hr USD. If your unscheduled late check-out exceeds two hours, you will be charged for an additional day at the base rate of the room without discounts. The occupancy limit for this property is two, and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges. A $200 fee will be assessed if you are smoking inside or on the property. There are to be no loud noises between 10pm and 8am. No unregistered guests, pets (unless it is a service animal in which case documentation will need to be provided), illegal activities, or weapons of any kind are permitted. Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture. All damages or missing items will need to be paid for before departure. If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable and courteous guest would leave it, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. A $300 fee will be assessed for smart lock equipment that is damaged, and a $100 fee will be assessed for a lost key from the lockbox. Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property upon addressing this complaint to the partner and/or to us you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem. We don't need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy. Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes. Any makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our towels/bedsheets will result in additional charges. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Our housekeeping team will wash all the laundry. [SI]
