Nicely located, just a half block away from Ringling College of Art and Design for any students or faculty! Also, 10min drive to the downtown Sarasota for those professional workers. At the front of the house is a newly rebuilt closed-in-porch that can be used as a study/office area. Current furnishings in the pictures can be included. The kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator and microwave. Samsung washer/dryer are located in the back of the house. The driveway has the ability to be closed off for any family friendly dogs! There is also a shed that'll have some lawn tools(all lawncare will be taken care of) that can potentially be used for a little extra storage. Renters would pay electric, and cable/internet (there is currently xfinity internet at $25 per month subscription that I can look into adding another year to, if wanted). Available starting Aug 1st.
