This home is currently rented until March 1st. The Rattlesnake, especially the upper ‘Snake’ is probably the most sought after area in Missoula. 10 minutes to the U, downtown and hiking trails out your door. Quiet established neighborhood surrounded by old beautiful Ponderosas & Doug Firs. Willing to do a partially furnished short term rental, or 6-12 month rental. If you have your own furniture I will have the pictured furniture moved. Giant fenced backyard. There are actually 2 fences, the green cedar fence and beyond that doubles the size of the yard in a fully enclosed chain link. Partially furnished but will move furniture out of not needed.Will consider a 3,6 or 12 mo lease.
