We do allow up to 2 dogs with a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and the rental agreement, which will be emailed once booking is received.
