Unique house share opportunity in Charlotte, VT. Looking for a mature, female professional or graduate student to share my fully furnished 3br/2.5 bath home in Charlotte. House is in a beautiful private setting on 5 acres with access to and seasonal views of Lake Champlain.  Lovely area for walking/cycling. House is an architecturally unique barn conversion; BR and full bath for renter is upstairs and quite private from the master BR suite that I occupy.  All other living areas will be shared.  There is a large yard with perennial gardens, hammock and sauna on lower deck.  Open to small gatherings from time to time, however this is not a party house and I do not want frequent overnight guests. I work largely from home (academic healthcare research), and have a quiet lifestyle.  No pets allowed. I have a 17 year old lovely and gentle Siberian (long-haired) cat.  I will be needing to travel periodically (15 - 20% time away)  and am hoping to find someone who can tend to my kittie's needs while I'm away (with rent adjusted by $25/day for cat sitting).   My adult children (2) and occasionally friends visit from time to time (3-4 times/year), and would use the other bedroom or a futon available in a study/TV/family room downstairs.   Available as of July 20.   Prefer a 4 month lease with likelihood of extension. Am open to a 1-2 week trial period before lease signing.
