This fully stocked and tastefully decorated apartment features an open-concept living and dining room with a 55" HD TV, a comfortable couch and chair, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is equipped with essentials for cooking and a coffee station for your convenience. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan located in the closet, and one closet includes a pack and play for little ones. Paid parking is available on the premises in a lot across the street for a fee of $25 per day per car, with a maximum of two cars. Stays exceeding seven days will incur an additional charge. The lot is not covered, and the gate may remain open at times. The apartment is within walking distance to several of Cleveland's best restaurants and entertainment options, including the East Bank of the Flats. Enjoy the vibrant city life and explore all that Cleveland has to offer. Sound may occasionally travel from the hallway or other units. The building's shared spaces include the hallway, lobby, elevator, gym, and dog wash. The elevator's digital screen displays one floor higher than selected, but floor signs verify the correct floor. There are two steps up to the hallway for the bedrooms and two steps down to the common space. The front door to the apartment is locked, requiring you to go to the 1st floor to let in deliveries or other guests. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with unauthorized late check-outs fined at $150 per hour. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. On-site cameras monitor traffic, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Additional charges may apply for not following check-out instructions or breaking house rules. The king bedroom includes a desk and TV, which can double as a monitor, providing a convenient workspace for remote work.
