Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out time. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
