The front door to the apartment is locked, requiring you to go down to the 1st floor to let deliveries or guests in. No parties or events are allowed, and smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past the time. Quiet hours are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved. On-site cameras monitor traffic, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
