We also report all on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus, which can have a huge positive impact on your credit score. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months. Application fees are normally $50 per application. But if you complete a scheduled showing (in person or virtual) with one of our leasing agents, you become eligible to receive a $25 application.
