City convenience, with a sweet Midwestern feel and great neighbors. Seeking residents who will be great neighbors as well. Location is districted for H.D. Crull Elementary, Holland Woods Middle School, and Port Huron Northern High School. No pets, but somewhat negotiable with possible extra rent, deposit, and precautions, including near-full coverage of carpet. Routine property inspections to be scheduled at three and nine months into lease period, with reasonable access as much as every 30 days; this protects you and yours as much as Owner/Manager from unforeseen maintenance issues and safety hazards.
