Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. The third level of the home possesses the remaining two bedrooms and laundry center. The primary bedroom has a king bed, television, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower, dual vanity, and large closet. The guest bedroom on this level has twin beds, a television, and ensuite bathroom. Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Queens, 2 Twins Parking: Parking for three vehicles in the driveway. Garage for storage only, no parking.
