This home is right across from the high school & ball fields. Great location! This is more than a standard 2 bedroom house as there is an upper floor would be great for young area / gaming room, etc and carpet. New window & lighting! New concrete back patio with handicap ramp! (Bring a portable overlay for the sliding glass doorway & if I need to we can install handrail) New Roof! New Washer & Dryer hookups in basement & room for storage there. Kitchen has new gas stove for cooking! Water, sewer, & trash included! You pay only gas & electric. Pets: no issue with 2 cats or a dog depending on size etc. Ask me. Nice backyard with fire pit. No sex offenders! No illegal drugs. (Marijuana is legal in IL now but nothing more across from a high school!) Call or text me. Payments I have multiple options: cash, cash app, or alternates. One time $35 fee for background check. Credit I’m not worried about as either you pay or you don’t. So I will not effect your credit score.
