Entertainment is provided by a massive 65” smart TV and a fully stocked game room. The kitchen is well equipped with brand new Caraway pots and pans, a Kitchen-Aid mixer, and near-unlimited counter space. This home is pet-friendly. In the event that a pet stays in the home but is not noted on the reservation, guests will pay a $500 fine in addition to any nightly fees that normally would have applied to the pet being on the reservation. A pack-n-play, a noise machine, and child-safe cutlery are included at no additional charge. Less than 15 minutes away from top attractions like Red Rocks, LoHi, and Ball Arena, this home is ideal for exploring everything Denver has to offer. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise complaints resulting from unreasonable volume beyond this time of night will result in a fine of up to $1000. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside of The Cin Cin Inn, on the deck, in the breezeway, or inside of the jacuzzi. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to $1000. Commercial photography or videography on the property is not permitted without prior written approval. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine of up to $1000 per piece of media published in violation of this rule. Any late check-outs that are not approved in advance will result in a fine of up to $500. There are security cameras installed outside of the home, and tampering with, obscuring, or otherwise prohibiting the cameras from working properly will result in a fine of up to $1000.
