About This Home
Property Id: 1839556 Single bedroom and shared bath with 1 other person available for rent in an awesome house with a great yard, hot tub, and close proximity to downtown. Am looking to fill the room by June 1st and it is a year long lease. The house is actually divided into two separate units, main level and lower level, you will be on the main level. Each level has three bedrooms, but it only feels like you're living with two other people, not the entire house. The vibe of the house is laid back young professionals. I'll be one of your roommates upstairs and I'm a 30-year-old architect, I'm also the owner of the home, but I'm relaxed and just looking for other cool people to live with. The house has an awesome kitchen, a great yard, and a hot tub, all while being close to downtown. There is one cat that lives here, and it is preferred no other pets. Utilities aren't included and range 50-70$ a month. $45 Application fee after you come see it and you're a good fit. Look forward to meeting you!
