Central air, forced air propane heat, private well and septic. Tenants maintain lawn care and snow removal. Snow blower and push mower (for hill) provided. Tenants may wish to bring their own riding mower for the remaining lawn. Tenants pay all utilities except for internet, which is provided. Any supplemental internet would be at tenant’s expense.
