The pool can be heated for $75 per day; please notify us in advance. Pets are allowed for $100 per pet, not to exceed four pets. Located 10 miles west of the town of Llano, which is 70 miles west of Austin, this retreat rests on 10 acres of unspoiled Texas hill country along the Llano River. A great barbecue and general store are 8 miles west in the village of Castell, TX. Live music is about 30 miles northwest at Hilltop Cafe. The Llano area has four wineries and a distillery to visit. Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. There is a $300 minimum smoking fee, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. There is up to a $500 fine for burning during a burn ban. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool; a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated.
