Capitol Place is a great luxury condo building that has a sleek and modern style. It was built in 2008 and it is one of Honolulu's best upscale condos with sophistication and comfort. The ground level is shared with an auto dealership and the lobby is on the second floor. Capitol Place is strategically located between downtown Honolulu and Waikiki, and offers quick access to the Honolulu business and financial districts, Honolulu Hale (City Hall) and the State Capitol - as well as Iolani Palace and other key sites. Even numbered units facing east offer the best views towards the state capitol, ocean and Diamond Head. The corner units have interesting layouts and panoramic views. Penthouse units located on the top six floors are larger, but do not have lanais. Amenities are on the 5th to 7th floor. Our unit has a gourmet style kitchens with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling glass windows, washer and dryer. The air conditioner is with a split unit that requires a condenser that is located in the lanai.
