The open floor plan allows the entire group to feel connected no matter where they choose to congregate. An opulent primary suite on each floor provides the necessary privacy whenever it\'s desired. Step outside and enjoy the gorgeous saltwater pool and spa, multiple lounge and dining areas, and two 85 inch flat screen TV\'s. Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool.
