It's less than 2 miles to Kroger, Walmart Grocery, gas, dry cleaning, Del FRISCO, Jack's Lounge, Cafe Lou Lou and more! If you use public transportation, TARC stops right at the corner of Willis and Meridian. Have relatives involved in Trinity High School sports, you are less than a mile away. We are a family owned Mom and Pop. My family has owned this building since 1977. So when you have an issue or complaint, you speak directly with me. You are NOT number 334 out of 728 and you are NOT speaking to someone in Cleveland. NOR are you dealing with someone who is fresh out of High School or in college. I am nearly 50 years old and have managed property for 28 years. We do not allow Cats. We do allow dogs under 20 pounds for additional deposit of $250. We require that you pick up and dispose of all pet droppings. We reserve the right to dismiss your animal if it creates mess, nuisance or disturbance. In that unfortunate circumstance we would refund your pet deposit provided no damage has been done. And yes I'm a dog lover. We perform all maintenance, snow removal, grounds keeping, janitorial of common areas. We pay water, you pay all other utilities. There are no extra fees. Ample, up to the building parking.
