The location is absolutely wonderful, just a block from a nice park, Lake Winnebago (amazing views for a walk just about two football fields away from our building). Also walking distance from EAA. This is a four-unit brick building, and each unit comes with a garage with remote entry. The kitchen features abundant storage and cabinetry, and the woodwork is a step above the average typical apartment building with nice shelving in many of the closets and two closets per bedroom. Pictures are before we get rid of the mattresses and extra electronics, depending on the rental request date we may paint and do some additional light updates.
