This top location is right in the heart of the historic Fullerwood neighborhood of Uptown St. Augustine and is only a short 5-minute drive into the city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not allowed without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk as it is not child-proofed.
