It’s located behind my house on 2 & 1/12 acres in the Lone Butte area south of Santa Fe, off of Hwy 14. It’s beautiful and quiet, with views of the mountains. Water is included. Electricity and propane are not included. Internet and trash pickup are not provided. No smoking in or on property and pets are not allowed. One year lease preferred though other lease options are negotiable. Deposit is 1 month rent Minimum Requirements: -650 Credit Score -Combined Household Income must be 3x or greater the monthly rent -Never been evicted -Clean criminal record -Excellent references from previous landlords
