Located on the northwest side of the island you enjoy ample sun throughout the day, beautiful sunsets, expansive views of Red Hill & Sandwich Mountain Range. There is a 30FT U-Shaped dock, waterfront gazebo, hammock, and chair swing. The main level is open concept living, kitchen, and dining. The living room has floor to ceiling windows for views of the lake and access to a spacious wraparound deck. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the first level. Upstairs loft area has a master suite & bathroom. There is a guest cottage with a bunk bed (1 queen & 1 twin) even with its own private deck! Parking & public docks is at Lee Mills in Moultonborough.
