About This Property

Our spacious and comfortable, family-friendly home is steps from downtown Mill Valley. It is full of light with views of San Francisco. It has fully remodeled bedrooms and baths and large back yard and ample outdoor space for play and indoor/outdoor living. Rooms can be set up in different configurations - ample space for home office, work-out room, craft room and guest room. Primary bedroom/bath and one bedroom plus extra room are upstairs with 1 extra bathroom. Two bedrooms with bath (with tub) on downstairs floor with kitchen, laundry, 1/2 bath, dining and living room. Both upstairs and downstairs have access to backyard. Back yard is tiered: Bottom: BBQ, outdoor dining table and seating area with access to kitchen, Middle: Flat space with artificial grass/patio and lounge chairs and access to primary bedroom and upstairs, Top: Deck with seating and view of San Francisco. There is another outdoor space with large table for outdoor art projects, play, etc. Sq footage: 3000 Stories: 2 Bedrooms: 4 plus an extra room which can be a bedroom Baths: 3.5 Open floor plan and spacious living area Heated floors in 2 of the full baths Bright and airy Dining table seats 10 Great laundry room/utility room Garage: 1 car plus street parking Large back yard with patio, seating, and upper tiered deck with views of San Francisco House can rented partially furnished with most of the amenities you need or can be unfurnished. We currently have one room set up as a home office which can stay an office or become a bedroom. We cannot accommodate smoking or pets. We have wonderful neighbors and a great relationship with all of them and are looking for a tenant who will foster that! House is walking distance to: Mill Valley Market Depot Cafe & Square Movie Theater Library Old Mill School Dipsea Steps and Cascade Falls Sweetwater and all the shop, coffee favorites and restaurants in the downtown area.
