The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 11th and Spruce
In the past 5 years I have moved to 4 different states for work. Each time I move, I try to pick the best apartment in my budget. Out of everywhere I’ve lived, this is the only apartment I have given a perfect score. The price is spot on, parking is great, utilities are cheap, the staff is friendly, and everything works as advertised. I’m asked by the staff regularly if there is anything they can do to make the space better for me, and there really isn’t. I can’t recommend these apartments enough

Yo, 11th & Spruce is sick. Been here a minute and it's perfect. Gavyn's mad chill, he helped me out with everything when I was moving in, made it so easy. Place is always clean, close to everything, just got that good vibe. If you need a spot downtown that’s not all uptight, this is the one. You won’t wanna leave.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
I recently toured 11th & Spruce, and I’m really glad I did. This is my first apartment in the city, and it’s honestly the nicest place I’ve ever seen. The building itself is great, and the apartments are even better. Everyone I met was super friendly. There was an event going on in the lobby during my tour, with snacks and people hanging out, which made the place feel really welcoming. My tour guide, Dakota, was really kind and let me choose which apartments I wanted to see. Overall, I’m just really happy to have found 11th & Spruce. It already feels like home.

Great apartments. Affordable price. Polite people. Good events. The list of reasons to live here goes on. Do yourself a favor - this place is brand new and the office guys are really nice. I got 2 months of free rent for moving in and I really needed that to get back on my feet after moving.

I was going to move in to 11th and spruce but didn't move to st louis because of an issue with my job. When I talked to the leasing office, they were so helpful to assist me with finding a solution. They were so kind to me during the entire touring process and were very supportive of my questions. I recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to live.

I lived here with the Landing and I'm so happy overall with my experience. This has been an amazing apartment complex and the people are so nice. They're throwing us a taco party tonight! All the stars to 11th & Spruce!

I've lived at 11th & Spruce for a month now, and I love it. The apartment is so new, has plenty of space for me and my dog, and has a lot going on around it. I love the dog spa, because it's saved me from paying someone to do weekly baths.

I worked with Dakota and Gavyn during my search process, and both of them were so kind to me and my family. They took me on multiple tours, answered all of my questions, and even had snacks in the office for my son. I recommend this leasing office and give them 10/10!
