Covered parking is provided and an open patio and maintained front lawn enhance outdoor living. Community amenities include a pool, tennis court, playground and HOA-managed utilities (water/sewer/trash included). NO GAS. Tenants pay Electricity. Tenants must maintain lawn/landscaping on Patio. HOA will maintain the front lawn, landscaping & common areas. An application must be completed online before scheduling a showing. After viewing the home, if you would like to move forward with application processing, there is a $60.00 application fee per adult (18+) who will be living in the home. Application fee is waived for active-duty military. Screening is completed by the management company; however, the owner has final approval.
