The property offers a full gym located in the garage of the main house and a ping pong table for entertainment. Marathon Ranch is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and only about 5 miles from Enchanted State Park. Enjoy Fredericksburg’s historic downtown, take in the German heritage by visiting the Pioneer Museum, sip some wine at the local wineries, shop along Main Street, explore Lyndon B Johnson State Park, and pick peaches at an orchard. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation.
