Welcome to I’m Staying Vacations! Nestled near the shores of a small lake, this gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath private heated pool home in Port Charlotte provides all you need for an enjoyable stay. Don’t miss the gorgeous sandy beaches of Manasota Key Beach, Blind Pass Beach, and Caspersen Beach. Choose from endless dining destinations or shop to your heart’s content in the charming boutiques of downtown Venice. Catch your fish of the day on the Venice Fishing Pier, or venture farther south to Boca Grande of Gasparilla Island for a day trip! The long driveway provides ample parking and leads you to the stunning front door. Upon entering the home, you will find a light and bright atmosphere. The spacious living room has a large “L†shaped couch, an adjoining recliner, and a Smart TV. Adjacent is the formal dining room that has views of the outdoor area. The kitchen provides plenty of countertop space to prepare your family’s favorite treats! There are four bar stools and an informal dining table that can seat up to four comfortably. The primary bedroom is located off of the living room. The large room has a queen-size bed, plenty of dresser space, and a TV. The primary bathroom has dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a large updated vanity, a shower/tub, and a detachable showerhead. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds, a TV, and a walk-in closet that offers plenty of space for your personal belongings. Time for the outdoor oasis! The caged-in, the large free-formed pool offers that perfect day of relaxation while soaking up that Florida sun! There is an outdoor dining table that can accommodate up to six comfortably. There are four chaise loungers, with four adjoining day chairs with a small table. The backyard is gigantic and offers the perfect location for a family get-together. Enjoy the gorgeous lake views and spend your evenings making memories with your loved ones that will last a lifetime. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets. Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
