There is also a record player, speaker, and record collection available, as well as a washer and dryer for guest use. Two kayaks are available for use; a rack or trailer is required for transport. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this is the ultimate private lake getaway. It's just a 45-minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs and only 2.3 miles to Lost Bridge Marina for quick access to Beaver Lake. Guests can enjoy the Lost Bridge Facilities such as the recreation center, swimming pool, tennis court and library with a small daily fee. Walmart is approximately a 25-minute drive but offers home delivery service or pickup. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged, and unapproved parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy.
