I love my apartment but unfortunately will be moving to Massachusetts due to a sudden career change. I have had no issues living here and the management has been amazing. To keep things short and sweet here is a pros and cons list to help you decide if this is the place for you! Pros: -Very spacious for the price at 984 Sqft -Huge living area for an open concept feel -Nice breakfast bar (one of my favorite features) -A 10 x 10 deck for enjoying the weather -More closet space than I knew what to do with -Very clean and cozy with nice carpet in living areas and bedrooms -Kitchen has nice tile, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, and plenty of cabinet space -Plenty of natural light so I rarely had any lights on -Quiet and really close to Eden Prairie Center -Great management Etc...it really is a great place but check out the website if you want even more details (http://parkavenueofwayzata.com/residential/olympic-ridge-apartments-eden-prairie-mn/) Cons -Doesn't come with a microwave -Gas and electricity not included (My gas and electric bill were very cheap however if that helps at all) -Laundry cost 75 cents to wash and 75 cents to dry (Cheap yes, but I still prefer to have my own washer and dryer) All of the two bedroom apartments will show up as full (this apartment is the "Athens" one) but because I'm leaving early this one will become available August 1st! So, snap it up quick because these apartments go really fast!!
