The room is a moderate size, has a large window, a light fixture, and the closet has built-in organizers. Amenities include: private unfurnished room, shared bathroom, access and use of common areas, home gym, equipped kitchen, indoor laundry, central heating and a/c, gig speed WiFi, ping pong table and dartboard, with utilities included. Garage parking and storage are negotiable. Appliances include: washer/dryer, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, treadmill, and tv. I’m Eric, an early 40s healthcare professional, and currently the only resident. My hobbies include the outdoors, fitness, tennis, gaming, and movies. I’m considerate, clean and relatively quiet. I can be engaging or give you space as you like. The room is for single occupancy, no smoking or 420 on the premises, no pets. Applicants will complete an application, a $55 background check, employment verification, and income verification (two most recent paystubs). The ideal roommate will be responsible and timely with rent payments and have a clean criminal and rental history.
