Property Ratings at 11825 Magnolia Apartments
I live there 10 years and they raised my rent every year, every chance they got. The building is old, but fairly well maintained They fix thing when they want too, not as soon as possible. They did not return my full security deposit $1850, cleaning and repair -$750 received $1100 back.
They schedule the time of viewing, spam you with messages and reminders and when you're there -no one show, management does miserable and unprofessional job.
This is a very well managed apartment complex in the handy North Hollywood, CA area. There are plenty of markets close at hand, and it is also very close to studios, and entertainment district. We have a pool, as well as a gym. Folks that move in here, tend to stay for many years.
