The fully equipped kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a glass stove, an integrated oven, a silent dishwasher, an integrated microwave, a stove, dishes, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, an electronic safe within the suite, an iron/ironing board, and TVs in each room. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. Package handling is available for $5 per package plus applicable taxes, and packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM and 5 PM. Valet parking is available for 1 to 7 days at $28 per day per vehicle, plus taxes; 8 to 10 days at $25 per day per vehicle, plus taxes; 11 to 19 days at $250 per stay per vehicle, plus taxes; and 20 to 30 days at $295 per stay per vehicle, plus taxes. This apartment is located at the Beachwalk Resort, at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, equidistant from Miami Beach to the south and Fort Lauderdale to the north. It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping and recreation experiences. Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can dine, enjoy horse races, or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino, which is the perfect location to be on the beach if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. A 24-hour Walmart is right next door, and a Publix Supermarket is a two-minute drive away. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is allowed. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
