This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment sits just north of I-235 on MLK Jr Pkwy which means very easy access to the interstate and downtown Des Moines. This second story apartment has a front entrance and a rear private entrance with a deck from the alleyway parking lot with 2 parking spots available. The apartment has newer carpet throughout with a large living room with built-in shelving, two large bedrooms with one of them having a separate nook. The kitchen has also had updates done and hosts nice cabinets, tile floor, and stainless steel appliances that include fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Ceiling fans in every room. Washer and dryer included. Pets allowed up to 25lbs with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent. No Assistance programs.
