Enjoy glorious views from large windows in a bright & airy loft space with comfortable furnishings and large oversized original art all throughout the space that is made by the owners Utopia Joe & Tipsy Artist. We have many nearby restaurants, stores, etc. that will be able to accommodate your needs with pickup or delivery. It is a very walkable downtown that has nearby post office, farmers market, grocery store, shops, gym and restaurants all within walking distance. Your private historic loft space with 1250 square feet has one master bedroom with Queen size bed, large dresser & private bath, a second bedroom with a full size bed, vanity with mirror, nightstand, and living room with 1 couch. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The kitchen is very large with seating for 8 at dining table and partially open to the rest of the space with large architectural open windows with the original 1902 design. A flat screen TV in the living room with DVD player for your viewing pleasure is also available. Oversized iconic paintings by Utopia Joe are shown throughout the loft. You will have access to the entire private loft space which is approximately 1250 square feet. In addition, you will also have access to a full size washer and dryer located in our hallway which is shared with another tenant who lives in the back apartment of our building. Our tenant is very polite and courteous.
