We allow pets, utilities are included, and we have a fenced backyard with a large in ground garden. We also have two patio chairs, an above ground firepit, and a bbq grill. The washer and dryer machines will be available for use. This is a month-to-month lease with the assumption it will automatically renew unless management or tenant gives notice otherwise. The garage will be available for storage if needed.
