The apartment I have is the most up to date apartment they own. This is a special deal, you will get the apartment at a reduced cost from $3,100 a semester to $2,500 a semester. The bedrooms are very big with 2 closets each. The kitchen has a dishwasher which is very useful. Comes furnished with a sofa, chair, kitchen table and three kitchen table chairs, coffee table and matching end table, a dresser per bedroom and your choice of a queen sized bed or a twin. The location of the apartment is considered "off campus" but is on campus, about a 3 minute walk from the apartment to the HSS. What does it include? - Trash - Furniture - Beds What do you have to pay for? - Cable (must pay for but doesn't cost anything unless your buy a movie) - Electricity (isn't much about $60 per month which comes out to $30 per person) - Can have pets but must pay for it, like most apartments - Parking is $250 for the whole year Again when calling University Square ask for apartment 204!!!
