The main living area is open concept, combining the kitchen, dining area, living room, and TV space. Sliding doors lead to the back deck with a barbecue grill and outdoor dining, as well as to the expansive front porch, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The home incorporates passive solar design for year-round comfort. At the heart of the design are the signature stone ledge walls, blending layered stone with wood siding to reflect the surrounding Catskills landscape. The property invites exploration through wooded trails, stone walls, and fern-filled paths.
